The Constitutional Court refused to initiate proceedings on the individual complaint of T.N.Gapon, who essentially challenges the decisions of general courts on an economic case with her participation, while formally pointing out the unconstitutionality of certain provisions of the Civil Code and the Economic Procedure Code (Ruling of the Constitutional Court of 30 September 2025)
