The Rules of Procedure of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus, based on the Constitution, the Code on Judicial System and Status of Judges and the Law on the Constitutional Proceedings, regulate issues related to the preparation and conduct of sessions of the Constitutional Court, ensuring conditions for the exercise by the Constitutional Court and its judges of their powers, as well as other issues related to the internal activities of the Constitutional Court, the procedure and forms of participation of the Secretariat of the Constitutional Court in the preparation of cases for consideration at a court hearing, other issues arising in the course of constitutional proceedings (approved by the decision of 07.09.2023)
