According to Articles 173 and 174 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Judicial System and Status of Judges organisational, material and technical provision of activities of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus is performed by the Secretariat of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus within its competence. Secretariat ensures functioning of the Court on exercising of justice, generalisation of judicial practice, analysis of Court statistics, systematisation of legislation, performance of other functions as well as implementation of measures on organisational support of Court’s activities.
