Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus Alla N. Bodak

Born in 1967 in Rivne, Ukraine.

In 1989 she graduated from the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University.

In 2002 she completed a retraining course at the Institute of Civil Service of the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

Candidate of Legal Sciences (2005), Associate Professor (2009).

From 1989 to 2016 she worked in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus in various positions: from Senior Advisor of the Legislative Drafting Department to the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Belarus. From October 2016 to February 2019 she exercised the powers of a Member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on a professional basis as Chairperson of the Standing Committee of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus for Legislation and State Administration.

Since February 2019 – Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus.

Author of more than 50 scientific works, including textbooks and monographs.

She has been assigned the highest qualification class of the 2nd rank.

Alla N. Bodak got a Commendation from the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus and was awarded a Honorary Diploma of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus.
