The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus has established that, in accordance with their constitutional and legal meaning, the provisions of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities” in the system of current legal regulation do not hinder the exercise of the right to appeal in court against the actions (inaction) of state bodies and officials related to the consideration of appeals (Ruling of the Constitutional Court of 5 March 2026).
