The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus did not found any signs of violation of the constitutional rights of an individual as a result of the application of the provisions of Chapter 7 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offences when bringing him to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Article 18.15 of the Code on Administrative Offences (Ruling of the Constitutional Court of 16 January 2026)
