On 20 th of May, 2008 the meeting of the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus Petr P. Miklashevich with the Ambassador of Republic of India in the Republic of Belarus Mr. Rajendra Kumar Tyagi has taken place in the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus.
      The meeting took place in the context of preparation of planned visit of the Head of the Constitutional Court of Belarus to India.
      Petr P. Miklashevich acquainted Mr. Tyagi with peculiarities of the institute of judicial authority in the Repulic of Belarus, a place and a role of the constitutional justice, latest decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus. The Ambassador passed the official invitation on behalf of the Head of judicial authority of India to the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus to visit the Supreme Court of India for a purpose to get acquainted with peculiarities of the constitutional proceedings including the practice of the protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens.
