On 19 December 2025 the All-Belarusian People's Assembly, in accordance with Paragraph 9 of Article 89-3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, elected five new judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus:

Pavel Gridyushko, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Deputy Head of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Research Work;

Aleksandr Karavai, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Head of the Main Organisational Support Department of the Secretariat of the Constitutional Court;

Andrei Kovalchuk, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Judge of the Supreme Court;

Tatiana Protashchik, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Judge of the Supreme Court;

Yelena Semashko, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Deputy Director – Head of the Legal Research Institute of the National Center of Legislation and Legal Information.

Judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus Tatyana Boyko, Stanislav Danilyuk, Liliya Kozyreva, Leonid Ryabtsev, and Anatoly Tikovenko retired as they reached the age limit.
