On 19 December 2025 the All-Belarusian People's Assembly, in accordance with Paragraph 9 of Article 89-3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, elected Sergei Sivets as Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus

Natallia Karpovich was elected Deputy Chairperson of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus for a new five-year term.

Petr Miklashevich was relieved of duties as Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus due to his resignation upon the expiration of his term of office.
