Alexander V. Maryskin has informed the participants of the meeting about the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus, its powers, structure, important decisions adopted during the last year and noted necessity in the experience exchange between the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus and Federal Constitutional Court of Germany.

Participants of the meeting exchanged opinions concerning the further cooperation between the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus and the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation where Dr. W.Schmitt-Wellbrock is the member of the Board of Trustees. The parties underlined fruitfulness of cooperation in the format of seminars and round tables on the interesting topics for a wide range of representatives of the legal public in Belarus and Germany.

The Deputy Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus Alexander V. Maryskin and the Director of the Central department of the Federal Ministry of Justice of Germany Dr. W.Schmitt-Wellbrock expressed satisfaction over the reached arrangements on the further cooperation including holding out joint seminar concerning the constitutional justice by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation in the near future.
