The article is dedicated to the practical issues of the informational coverage of the activity of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus. In the article are covered the goals and perspectives of the informational coverage of the work of the Court. It is noted that informational coverage consists of several basic constituents and include creation of the computer-aided informational and analytical system of the Constitutional Court along with the informational legal coverage of its activity with the informational work of the Constitutional Court itself, it is also given the precise analysis of every of the mentioned constituents.

Ryabtsev L.M. Human rights and mechanism of their administrative legal security by the militia in the sphere of public order and public security
In the article it is noted that the basic and essential elements of the national legal system aimed on the securing of the forming of the state ruled by law are the institutions of securing of the human rights in the different spheres and branches of the activity of the society.
It is analyzed the theoretical and practical basis of human rights mechanisms of securing of its realization preservation and protection along with organizational and legal problems of the activity of militia on the securing of the human rights by way of different administrative and legal forms and methods of its activity. It is justified the scientific and theoretical provisions and conclusions on the securing by militia of the human rights as essential element of the public order and public security.
The author justifies the conclusion on the necessity of stipulation of the theoretical basis and practical approaches of the administrative legal problems of securing of the human rights in the sphere of the public security in the capacity of the joint legal institute along with the development of the scientifically proved model of the application of the branch practical mechanisms of securing of the dwelling, economical, personal nonpecuniary and other concrete human rights and freedoms.

The article is dedicated to the issues of the legal regulation of the protection of the historic and cultural heritage. The conclusion is made on the necessity of the improvement of the respective legal mechanism of the protection of the historic and cultural heritage, amending of the acting system of the state bodies which execute the protection of the historic and cultural heritage, correction of the legislation related to the practical absence of the middle element of the state regulation of the protection of the historic and cultural heritage.
It is noted that not in full acts the economical mechanisms of the recover and preservation of the historic and cultural heritage. The author proposes a number of measures on the improvement of the acting legislation in the sphere of legal regulation of the protection of the historic and cultural heritage.
Shupegina E.M. To the issue on valuation of the area of the dwellings while building within building and housing cooperatives
In the article it is made the attempt to evaluate the actuality and practicability of the valuation of the area of the dwellings in case of building within building and housing cooperative. The analysis has been made of the goals of introduction of the norms of the area in building by the citizens of the dwellings in soviet times and during the after the independence of the Republic of Belarus. The basic provisions were expressed on the legal regulation on the considered issue from the beginning of the development of the building and housing cooperation.
