In the exercise of obligatory preliminary review the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of the laws of the Republic of Belarus “On Approval of the Report on Execution of the Republican Budget for 2017”, “On Approval of the Report on Execution of the Budget of the State Non-Budgetary Social Protection Fund of the Republic of Belarus for 2017”, “On Approval of the Report on Execution of the Budget of the State Non-Budgetary Fund of Civil Aviation for 2017”.
By virtue of Article 116.1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, Article 22.3.2 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Judicial System and Status of Judges, Article 98 and Article 101.1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On the Constitutional Proceedings” in the exercise of obligatory preliminary review the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of the laws of the Republic of Belarus adopted by the House of Representatives and approved by the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus:
“On Approval of the Report on Execution of the Republican Budget for 2017” (reporting judge – Tatyana Boiko);
“On Approval of the Report on Execution of the Budget of the State Non-Budgetary Social Protection Fund of the Republic of Belarus for 2017” (reporting judge – Tatyana Boiko);
“On Approval of the Report on Execution of the Budget of the State Non-Budgetary Fund of Civil Aviation for 2017” (reporting judge – Tatyana Boiko).
Based on the results of consideration the laws were recognised to be conforming to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.
