With the purpose of more full realization of certain provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, further improvement of constitutional legal proceedings and in accordance with Article 50 of the Law "On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus" the Constitutional Court
RULED:
1. To make to the Rules of Procedure of the Constitutional Court, adopted by Decision of the Constitutional Court of 18 September 1997 No. D-58/97, the following addenda:
to add part one of Article 32 with the words "representatives of state bodies, as well as other persons invited by the Constitutional Court for participation in its hearings on the issue of verification of the constitutionality of an enforceable enactment";
to add part ten of Article 43 with words "unless otherwise specified by the Constitution and by the laws of the Republic of Belarus";
to add the Rules of Procedure with Article 431 of the following content:
"Article 431. Motion to the Constitutional Court of other subjects Motions of other subjects to the Constitutional Court on the grounds of Articles 40, 112, 122 and other Articles of the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Belarus may be examined under decision of the Constitutional Court by means of a hearing or by means of using written form of study of the materials of a case without invitation to a hearing of representatives of state bodies which adopted an enforceable enactment, and persons, who forward a motion to the Constitutional Court".
2. The present Decision shall come into legal force from the date of its adoption.
3. To publish the present Decision in accordance with effective legislation.
