When addressing to young people Petr Miklashevich noted that the passport they have just received certifies the identity and confirms belonging to the Belarusian citizenship. The State takes the necessary measures to create the conditions for free and dignified development of the personality. The individual shall assume responsibility before the State to discharge unwaveringly the duties imposed upon him by the Constitution. Chairman of the Constitutional Court wished young people excellent academic achievements, physical and spiritual development, to be respectable, law-abiding and active citizens of Belarus.
