Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus Petr Miklashevich took part in the 4th Congress of the World Conference on Constitutional Justice

Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus Petr Miklashevich took part in the 4^th Congress of the World Conference on Constitutional Justice that was held from 11 to 14 September 2017 in Vilnius (Republic of Lithuania). The topic of the Congress was “The Rule of Law and Constitutional Justice in the Modern World”.

The World Conference on Constitutional Justice now unites 111 constitutional courts and councils and supreme courts as well as constitutional chambers emanating from all five continents.

This international forum was attended by delegations from 91 constitutional review bodies.

At the plenary session Petr Miklashevich made a presentation on “Implementation of the Concept of the Rule of Law in the Republic of Belarus” (in Russian).
