On 14 March 2017 in accordance with Article 116 of the Constitution, Article 26 of the Code on Judicial System and Status of Judges, the Rules of Procedure the Constitutional Court the Judge Natallia Karpovich was elected Deputy Chairwoman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus for a five-year term
Natallia Karpovich was born in 1967 in the village of Dokudovo of the Lida district, the Grodno region.
In 1989 graduated from Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University.
From November 1989 till October 1992 was offered a full-time postgraduate course at the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
In 2010 took a retraining course at the Institute of Civil Service of the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

Since October 1992 her labour activity was related to the legal support of functioning of the representative and legislative body of the Republic of Belarus. Held the posts starting from senior legal assistant of the Division on Issues of Legislation and Legal Order, Head of the Sector of the Expert Legal Department of the Secretariat of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Belarus (1992-1997) up to Head of the Division of Expert Legal Department, Head of the Department ‒ Deputy Chief of the Main Expert Legal Department of the Secretariat of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus (1997-2001), Head of the Expert Legal Department, Main Expert Legal Department of the Secretariat of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus (2001 − March 2014).
Since March 2014 ‒ Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus.
Author of about 100 scientific publications in the field of theory and history of state and law, state and local administration, environmental law, including three monographs. Participated in the elaboration of a number of laws and other normative legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, model normative legal acts of the IPA CIS and IPA EurAsEC.
Has the highest qualification class. Awarded with the medal “For Labour Merits” (2004), Honorary Diploma of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus (2004), medal “20 Years of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States CIS IPA” (2012).
