On 15 February 2017 the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus Petr Miklashevich held personal reception of individuals
Reception of individuals was held in the Constitutional Court. During the personal reception individuals addressed to the Chairman of the Constitutional Court issues on the constitutionality of the Ordinance of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 3 “On Preventing Freeloading Practices” of 2 April 2015, disagreement with court decisions, decisions of local executive and administrative bodies in the field of housing, land and other legal relations.
Petr Miklashevich explained the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus concerning the exercise of the right to work and the fulfilment of the obligation to participate in the financing of public expenditures by individuals, as well as the provisions establishing the powers of state bodies to consider relevant issues in the field of law enforcement on the basis of the principle of separation of powers. The Chairman also clarified the rules of other legislative acts.
