In the exercise of obligatory preliminary review the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of the laws of the Republic of Belarus «On Making Addenda and Alterations to the Law of the Republic of Belarus «On External Labour Migration», «On Making Addenda to the Law of the Republic of Belarus «On Local Government and Self-government in the Republic of Belarus», «On Industrial Safety» and others.
On 28 December 2015 by virtue of Article 116.1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, Article 22.3.2 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Judicial System and Status of Judges, Article 98 and Article 101.1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus «On the Constitutional Proceedings» in the exercise of obligatory preliminary review the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of the following laws of the Republic of Belarus adopted by the House of Representatives and approved by the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus:

«On Making Alterations and Addenda to Some Laws of the Republic of Belarus on Enterprise and Taxation» (reporting judge – Tatyana S. Boiko);

«On Industrial Safety» (reporting judge – Vladimir P. Isotko);

«On Making Alterations and Addenda to the Budget Code of the Republic of Belarus» (reporting judge – Tatyana S. Boiko);

«On Making an Addendum and an Alteration to the Law of the Republic of Belarus «On the State Arms Program and the State Defence Order» (reporting judge – Stanislav Y. Danilyuk);

«On Making Addenda and Alterations to the Law of the Republic of Belarus «On External Labour Migration» (reporting judge – Valentina V. Podgrusha);

«On Making Addenda to the Law of the Republic of Belarus «On Local Government and Self-government in the Republic of Belarus» (reporting judge – Natalya A. Karpovich);

«On Making Alterations to Some Laws of the Republic of Belarus» (reporting judge – Anatoly G. Tikovenko).

Based on the results of consideration the laws were recognised to be conforming to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus. At the same time the Constitutional Court stated its legal positions aimed to clarify the constitutional and legal meaning of certain provisions of the laws.
