The judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus Tadeush Voronovich took part in the International Conference “Protection of the Human Rights and Freedoms by the Constitutional Court by means of the Individual Complaint” devoted to the 20th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan which was held on 2 October 2015 in Baku (Republic of Azerbaijan)
The conference was attended by representatives of the constitutional review bodies of Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Turkey, Montenegro, the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe, the European Court of Human Rights as well as by scientists in the field of the constitutional law from a number of countries.
 
The experience of implementation and functioning of the individual constitutional complaint for the protection of the constitutional human rights and freedoms in different countries was discussed during the conference.

The judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus Tadeush Voronovich made a presentation on “Protection of the Human Rights and Freedoms by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus” and informed the participants of the forum on realisation of the right of individuals to constitutional justice according to the rules provided by the Belarusian legislation.
