On 24, 26 and 30 December 2014 by virtue of Article 116.1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, Article 22.3.2 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Judicial System and Status of Judges, Article 98 and Article 101.1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus «On the Constitutional Proceedings» in the exercise of obligatory preliminary review the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of the following laws of the Republic of Belarus adopted by the House of Representatives and approved by the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus:

«On the Securities Market» (reporting judge – Tatyana S. Boiko);

«On Making Addenda and Alterations to the Criminal Code, Code of Criminal Procedure, Criminal Executive Code of the Republic of Belarus, Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offences and Procedural Executive Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offences» (reporting judge – Tadeush V. Voronovich);

«On Making Addenda and Alterations to the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Land» (reporting judge – Tadeush V. Voronovich);

«On Making Addenda and Alterations to the Law of the Republic of Belarus «On Guaranteeing Compensation of Bank Deposits of Individuals» (reporting judge – Tatyana S. Boiko);
 
«On Energy Saving» (reporting judge ‒ Liliya G. Kozyreva);
 
«On Making Addenda and Alterations to Certain Laws of the Republic of Belarus on Donation of Blood and Blood Components» (reporting judge – Vladimir P. Isotko);
 
«On Making Alterations and Addenda to Certain Laws of the Republic of Belarus on Social Security and Border Security» (reporting judge – Stanislav Y. Danilyuk);

«On Making Alterations and Addenda to Certain Laws of the Republic of Belarus on Martial Law» (reporting judge – Stanislav Y. Danilyuk).

Based on the results of consideration the said laws were recognised to be conforming to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus. At the same time the Constitutional Court stated its legal positions aimed to clarify the constitutional and legal meaning of certain provisions of the reviewed laws.
