On July 5, 2013 in the exercise of obligatory preliminary review the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of the following laws of the Republic of Belarus adopted by the House of Representatives and approved by the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus:

“On Investments” (reporting judge – Tatyana S. Boiko);
“On Making Alterations and Addenda to the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Free Economic Zones” (reporting judge – Liliya G. Kozyreva);
“On Making Alterations and Addenda to the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Currency Regulation and Currency Control” (reporting judge – Tatyana S. Boiko);
“On Making Alterations and Addenda to Certain Codes of the Republic of Belarus on the Issues of Strengthening of Sanctions for Driving a Vehicle in Drunken State” (reporting judge – Leonid M. Riabtsev);
“On Making Alterations and Addenda to Certain Laws of the Republic of Belarus on the Issues of Mortgages” (reporting judge – Valentina V. Podgrusha);
“On Making Alterations and Addenda to the Administrative Offensive Code of the Republic of Belarus and Procedural and Executive Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offences” (reporting judge – Leonid M. Riabtsev);
“On Making Alterations and Addenda to the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Labor Safety” (reporting judge – Valentina V. Podgrusha);
