In the exercise of obligatory preliminary review the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of laws of the Republic of Belarus
On July 4, 2013 in the exercise of obligatory preliminary review the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of the following laws of the Republic of Belarus adopted by the House of Representatives and approved by the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus:
“On Approvement of the Report of the Execution of the Republican Budget in 2012” (reporting judge – Tatyana S. Boiko);
“On Approvement of the Report of the Execution of the State Non-Budgetary Fund of Social Security of the Population of the Republic of Belarus in 2012” (reporting judge – Tatyana S. Boiko).
as well as a number of laws on ratification of international agreements.
Based on the results of consideration the said laws were recognized to be conforming to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus. At the same time the Constitutional Court stated its legal positions aimed to clarify the constitutional and legal meaning of certain provisions of the reviewed laws.
