In the exercise of obligatory preliminary review the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of laws of the Republic of Belarus

On June 10, 2013 in the exercise of obligatory preliminary review the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of the following laws of the Republic of Belarus adopted by the House of Representatives and approved by the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus:

”On Ratification of the Loan Agreement (Environmental Infrastructure Facility I) between the Republic of Belarus and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development” (reporting judge – Olga G. Sergeeva);

”On Ratification of the Loan Agreement between the Republic of Belarus and Nordic Investment Bank” (reporting judge – Tatyana S. Boiko);

”On Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Russian Federation on Allotment of the Plot of Land for the Placement of the Guest Facility of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation” (reporting judge – Anatoly G. Tikovenko);

“On Ratification of the Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Serbia on Making Alterations and Addenda to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Serbia on the Free Trade between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Serbia from the March 31, 2009 (reporting judge – Alexander V. Maryskin);

”On Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Ukraine on the Cooperation in the Field of Higher and Postgraduate Education” (reporting judge – Sergey P. Chigrinov);

”On Ratification of the Protocol on Making Alterations to the Agreement on Rules of Identification of a State of the Origin of Goods in the Commonwealth of Independent States from November 20, 2009” (reporting judge – Anatoly G. Tikovenko);

Based on the results of consideration the said laws were recognised to be conforming to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.
