Podgrusha V.V. Interpretation by the Constitutional Court of its decisions: comparative analyses

     Particularities of legal regulation of the institute of interpretation by the bodies of constitutional review of its own decisions on the basis of analysis of their practice are revealed in this article. Particular attention is drawn to the regulation of issues, concerned with the subjects of official interpretation of constitutional court’ decisions, grounds (reasons) to give such interpretation, requirements for the content of initiative petition, procedural particularities of consideration of interpretation cases, procedure of formalization of the result of interpretation, as well as limits of discretion of a constitutional court in interpretation.

Voronovich T.V. Enforcement of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus as a guarantee of protection of rights and freedoms of citizens

     The necessity and significance of strict implementation of the decisions of the Constitutional Court by all of the state bodies and their officials to guarantee the protection of the constitutional order, rights and freedoms of citizens are argued in the article. Propositions, aimed at improvement of relations in the sphere under consideration and thus implementation of the decisions of the Constitutional Court, are grounded by the author.

Shyshko G.B., Pilipenko N.S. Constitutional and legal framework of improvement of pre-trial examination of individual labour disputes

     Theoretical approaches and legislative rules on consideration of individual labour disputes in pre-trial examination are analyzed. Examples of shortcomings of legal regulation of the procedure of consideration of individual labour disputes by the commission on labour disputes and pre-jurisdictional bodies are provided. The necessity of making alterations and addenda to the Labour Code of the Republic of Belarus, aimed at improvement of the rules on the resolution of individual labour disputes by applying to the specified commission as well as by other alternative methods of pre-trial proceedings, is grounded on the basis of examined legal provisions.
