In the exercise of obligatory preliminary review the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of a Law of the Republic of Belarus
On December 4, 2012 in the exercise of obligatory preliminary review the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of the following laws of the Republic of Belarus adopted by the House of Representatives and approved by the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus:
“On Making Alterations and Addendum to Some Laws of the Republic of Belarus on the issues of exercising of administrative procedures in the field of nature management” (reporting judge – Olga G. Sergeeva) as well as a number of laws on ratification of international treaties.
Based on the results of consideration the said Law was recognized to be conforming to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.
