On December 19, 2011 in the exercise of obligatory preliminary review the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Ratification of the Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Armenia on Making Alterations and Addenda to the Air Service Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Armenia of November 16, 1995” (a reporting judge – Petr P. Miklashevich).

The law was recognised to be conforming to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.
