In the exercise of obligatory preliminary review the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of laws of the Republic of Belarus

On May 5, 2011 in the exercise of obligatory preliminary review the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of the laws of the Republic of Belarus adopted by the House of Representatives and approved by the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus “On Ratification of the Statute of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Community” and “On Ratification of the Treaty on Legal Recourse before the Court of the Eurasian Economic Community of Economic Agents on Disputes within the Customs Union and on the Patterns of Their Proceeding” (a reporting judge – Liliya G. Kozyreva).

Based on the results of consideration the laws were recognised to be conforming to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.
