On 16 February 2011 in the building of the Borisov District Executive Committee the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus Petr P. Miklashevich held a reception of citizens.

There was put a wide range of live issues. The citizens applied with various legal issues related primarily to law-enforcement, housing, employment, social problems, decisions of ordinary courts in criminal and civil cases.
