On 9 February 2011 the newspaper “Respublika” held a live call-in show between its readers and the Chairman of the Constitutional Court Petr P. Miklashevich.

During the call-in show the readers put questions about the competence of the Constitutional Court and various problems in law-enforcement.

Petr P. Miklashevich explained the legal aspects concerning the introduction of the ombudsman institution in our country, the special features of the implementation of individual access to constitutional justice in Belarus, the practice of the Constitutional Court, the validity of its decisions etc.
