In the exercise of obligatory preliminary review the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of the law.

On October 28, 2010 in the exercise of obligatory preliminary review the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Belarus Government and the Republic of Finland Government on Co-operation and Mutual Assistance in Customs Affairs” (a reporting judge – Tadeush V. Voronovich) adopted by the House of Representatives and approved by the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus.

Based on the results of consideration the said law was recognised to be conforming to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.
