On July 6, 2010 in the exercise of obligatory preliminary review the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of the laws adopted by the House of Representatives and approved by the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus:
«On Making Alterations and Addenda to Some Laws of the Republic of Belarus» (a reporting judge – Tadeush V. Voronovich);
«On Making Alterations and Addenda to Some Laws of the Republic of Belarus on the Protection of the Rights and legitimate Interests of Children» (a reporting judge – Olga G. Sergeeva);
«On Making Alterations and Addenda to the Law of the Republic of Belarus «On Business Associations» (a reporting judge – Liliya G. Kozyreva);
«On Making Alterations and Addenda to Some Laws of the Republic of Belarus on the Legal Protection of Inventions, Utility Models, Industrial Designs" (a reporting judge – Tadeush V. Voronovich);
«On Making Alterations and Addenda to Some Laws of the Republic of Belarus and Recording Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Belarus and Particular Provisions thereof on Privatisation of State-owned Property as ceased to be in Force» (a reporting judge – Olga G. Sergeeva).
