In the exercise of obligatory preliminary review the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of laws

On 22 June 2010 in the exercise of obligatory preliminary review the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of the laws adopted by the House of Representatives and approved by the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus:

«On the Approval of the Report on the Republican Budget Execution in 2009» (reporting judge - Tatyana S. Boiko);

«On the Support of Micro and Medium Entrepreneurship» (reporting judge – Liliya G. Kozyreva);

«On Veterinary Activity» (reporting judge – Stanislav Y. Danilyuk).

Based on the results of consideration all the mentioned laws were recognised to be conforming to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus. Though the Constitutional Court formulated its legal positions aimed at clarifying a constitutional and legal meaning of certain provisions of laws.
