On 18 June 2010 in the exercise of obligatory preliminary review the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of the Law adopted by the House of Representatives and approved by the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus

"On the Ratification of the Agreement on the Collective Operational Reactive Forces of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation" (reporting judge – Tadeush V. Voronovich).

Based on the results of consideration the mentioned Law was recognised to be conforming to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.
