On 7 June 2010 in the exercise of obligatory preliminary review the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of the laws adopted by the House of Representatives and approved by the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus:
«On Making Alterations and Addenda to the Law of the Republic of Belarus on the Tourism» (reporting judge – Vladimir P. Izotko);
«On the ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on promotion and mutual protection of investments» (reporting judge – Petr P. Miklashevich).
«On the ratification of the Convention between the Republic of Belarus and Ireland for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income and on Capital» (reporting judge – Tatyana S. Boiko);
«On the ratification of the Protocol on the status of the Centre of customs statistics of the Commission of the customs union» (reporting judge – Alexander V. Maryskin);
«On the ratification of the Protocol on the procedure of exchange of external trade statistics and bilateral trade statistics» (reporting judge – Alexander V. Maryskin).
Based on the results of consideration all mentioned laws were recognised to be conforming to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.
