In the exercise of obligatory preliminary constitutional control the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of the laws of the Republic of Belarus “On Ratification of the Treaty on the Creation of the Anti-crisis Fund of the Eurasian Economic Community” and “On Ratification of the Agreement on the Management of the Assets of the EurAsEC Anti-crisis Fund” (a reporting judge Liliya G. Kozyreva).

Based on the results of consideration the laws were recognised to be conforming to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.
