On the 7 of October 2009 the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus adopted the decision (reporting-judge V.V. Podgrusha) “On the amendment to the Rules of Procedure of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus”.

 This decision amends Article 87⁶ of the Rules of Procedure by adding parts that set up the procedure of preliminary judicial preparatory activities (pre-trial preparation), that precede the examination of a law constitutionality in the exercise of obligatory preliminary constitutional control in court session and realised by a judge (or judges) and corresponding organisation departments of the Secretariat of the Constitutional Court.
