In accordance with Decree No 14 of the President of the Republic of Belarus of June 26, 2008 “On Certain Measures to Improve the Activities of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus” in the exercise of obligatory preliminary control the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of the following laws of the Republic of Belarus:
“On the Republic of Belarus Exit and Entry Procedures for the Citizens of the Republic of Belarus”;
“On Making Alterations and Addenda to Certain Laws of the Republic of Belarus on Population Documenting”;
“On Making Alterations and Addenda to Certain Laws of the Republic of Belarus”;
“On Making Alterations and Addenda to the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Trade Marks and Service Marks”;
“On Making Alterations and Addenda to Certain Laws of the Republic of Belarus on Criminal Responsibility and Special Investigation Activities”;
Based on the results of consideration all the laws were recognised to be conforming to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.
