In accordance with Decree № 14 of the President of the Republic of Belarus of June 26, 2008 “On Certain Measures to Improve the Activities of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus” in the exercise of obligatory preliminary control the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of following laws of the Republic of Belarus:
“On Making Alterations and Addenda to Certain Laws of the Republic of Belarus Regarding Medicines Circulation”;
“On Making Alterations and Addenda to Certain Laws of the Republic of Belarus on Safeguarding State Secrets and Other Legally Protected Privacy”;
“On Making Alterations and Addenda to the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On State Rewards of the Republic of Belarus”;
“On Ratification of the Agreement for Co-operation of Member-States of Commonwealth of Independent States in Dealing with Illegal Manufacture and Traffic of Fire Weapon, Ammunition, Explosive and Blasting Assembly”;
“On Ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Belarus Government and the Republic of Turkey Government for Co-operation and Mutual Administrative Assistance in Customs Affairs”.
Based on the results of consideration all the laws were recognised to be conforming to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.
