In accordance with Decree No. 14 by the President of the Republic of Belarus of June 26, 2008 “On Some Measures to Improve the Activities of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus” in the exercise of obligatory preliminary control the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus considered the constitutionality of four laws of the Republic of Belarus:
“On Making Alterations and Addenda to the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On State Service in the Republic of Belarus”;
“On Making Alterations and Addenda to the Banking Code of the Republic of Belarus”;
“On Making Alterations and Addenda to the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Currency Regulation and Control”;
“On Ratification of the Agreement on Staff Training for Law-enforcement, Fire-control, Emergency Rescue and Intelligence Agencies as Members of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation”.
Based on the results of consideration all the laws were recognised to be conforming to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.
