
Born in 1978 in Grodno.
In 2000 he graduated from the Law Faculty of the Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno with a degree in Law. In 2003 he completed his postgraduate studies at the Belarusian State University.
In 2022 he underwent retraining at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus.
Candidate of Legal Sciences (2004).
Since 2004 he worked as a trainee judge of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Grodno. In 2006 he was appointed as a judge of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Grodno. Since 2012 he worked as a judge of the Grodno Regional Court, and since 2016 – a judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus.
On 19 December 2025 he was elected as a Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus by the All-Belarusian People's Assembly.
Author of more than 20 scientific and practical works.
He bears the highest qualification class of the 2nd rank.
He has been awarded with honorary diplomas of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus.
