Born in 1967 in the village of Bratkovo, Kopyl District, Minsk Region.

In 1991 he graduated from the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University with a degree in Law.

Candidate of Legal Sciences (1996), Associate Professor (2002).

Since 1991 he worked as a lecturer at the Department of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law of the Belarusian State University. Since 1994 he held various positions at the Secretariat of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus.

On 19 December 2025 he was elected as a Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus by the All-Belarusian People's Assembly.

Author of more than 60 scientific works, including monographs and textbooks.

He bears the highest qualification class of the 2nd rank.

Awarded with the Letter of Commendation of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Letter of Commendation of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, and the Honorary Diploma of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus.
