Born in 1979 in Svetlogorsk, Gomel Region.
In 2000 he graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in Law.
Candidate of Legal Sciences (2004), Associate Professor (2011).
From 2000 to 2001, he served as an investigator at the Frunzensky District Department of Internal Affairs in Minsk. Since 2001, he completed his postgraduate studies at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
Since 2004 he worked at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus as a lecturer, senior lecturer at the Criminal Procedure Department, deputy head of the Crime Investigation Department, and head of the Criminal Procedure Department. Since 2021, he worked as the Deputy Head of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Research Work.
On 19 December 2025 he was elected as a Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus by the All-Belarusian People's Assembly.
Author of more than 80 scientific and educational works, including monographs, textbooks, and teaching aids.
He bears the highest qualification class of the 2nd rank.
Awarded with 3rd, 2nd and 1st Class medals “For Impeccable Service”, honorary diplomas of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus, the National Center for Legislation and Legal Research of the Republic of Belarus, and the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus.
